Lucy graduated from Northumbria University in July 2022 with a BSc Hons in Environmental Science and has been working at Northern Engineering Solutions since June 2022 as a graduate environmental specialist.
Interested in all things sustainability, she completed work experience with the sustainability department at the Newcastle Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust before starting university and again during the summer of her first year.
Lucy has carried on this passion in her current role and has introduced various carbon reduction initiatives. She also leads and advises on the company's sustainability strategy. Lucy is also closely involved in the R&D project with the RAF, undertaking critical project research.
